Éire Óg Membership & Gift Aid

10/10/2012Posted by Admin

Annual Club membership fee is now due and is £40 per player (under 18) – Family fee, covering all children(not adults) is £55. The fees cover football and hurling and help to pay our insurance, GAA subscription fees and equipment costs. Training costs for hire of indoor halls etc will be extra. This year we are introducing a GIFT Aid Scheme and as such we are also seeking a voluntary donation. We hope that this would be supported by all parents and members – the suggested donation is £20 but this is discretionary. Please donate more if you can.

We would ask all parents to complete the attached registration form in full and return on Saturday 5 October. GAA membership cards will be given to those who have registered and paid the annual fee. It is essential that you fill in a registration form for each child & pay the appropriate fee as failure to do so will mean that your child will not be registered with the GAA & will not be included in the clubs insurance scheme.

Registration and Gift Aid forms can be found here

The Clubs Annual dinner is on Friday 3 November at the Emerald Roadhouse. Tickets are only £20 and can be bought from Nuala, Jackie or Caroline. We would encourage all our parents to attend. We hope to have over 200 at the dinner so it promises to be a great night.

All Senior and South Antrim Players are expected to attend and if possible bring partners, friends, even buy a table of 8 if you’re feeling like making an evening of it.

If you are available to help us organise and promote Eire Og's 80th Anniversary celebration and make it a success please make initial contact with Jackie Erskine, Nuala McLean, Brendan McPoland or Caroline McCarthy.
