Special General Meeting

30/11/2012Posted by Admin

There will be A Special General Meeting on Saturday 2nd December .at 12.15 in the Devenish.  The purpose of the meeting is to ratify a new constitution recommended by the GAA Ulster Council - and which is accepted by HM Revenue and Customs for the purposes of accepting our Community Amateur Sports Club application.  The new constitution is not materially different from the old one but HMRC will only endorse clus with the new constitution. We need a special general meeting to endorse it . Meeting should only take about 15 minutes.  Only pre-registered adult members of the cub are able to attend and vote. The Committee are meeting immediately  after .

U6 – U16, Saturday Mornings at Woodlands 10:30.  There will also be a Christmas party coming up (details to follow).  We are also hoping that over the coming season, we might get more parents involved in taking photos or writing match reports for the Club Website (www.eireog.org) or for the Club Facebook Site (search Eire Og Derriaghy on facebook). If anyone has any information/reports/photos they'd like to share, they can just send them here
