P3-P5 against Newry Shamrocks

3/19/2015Posted by Admin

A football match has been arranged for P3-P5 against Newry Shamrocks on Saturday 28th March.   We  will also attend Down vs Meath National Football League game (7pm throw in).     We would like to invite all our kids and their parents brothers and sisters etc on the trip .   Entrance to the game will be free for children and we are hoping that this will be extended to adults.  The only cost will be towards the bus which will probably be about £8   - but this is dependent on numbers.  This trip is open to the whole club   however any  juveniles aged 12  will  need to be accompanied by an adult.

Could all those P3-P5 who intend to play against Newry Shamrocks please let Kevin Meenan (kevinmeenan38@googlemail.com or 07739128449) know by the 5th March how many people will be travelling with them.    Anyone else interested in going- adults included  - please let Paddy Rice know   (patsyr@live.com or 07841383222)  know.

All those intending to play need to have submitted their registration forms and wear a gum shield for insurance purposes.

Once numbers have been confirmed an itinerary and final cost for the bus will be provided."

U8 North Antrim League Winners

2/22/2015Posted by Ciaran Grant

Brid Óg U8 hurlers emulated the U10s by being victorious in the North Antrim Indoor Hurling League. Last month the U10s won section 3 of their competition and the U8s went one step further by taking the section 2 crown. They defeated Glenariffe Oisins by 4 goals to 1 in front of very excited fans at the Tower Leisure Centre in Ballymena. Congratulations to the players and coaches. With two titles already won it has been a great start to 2015 for the hurlers.
